Weight loss success!
I've lost 35 pounds and 9 inches from my waist since August 1st! I had lost and gained it back and now I'm almost back again! Today I ran a 10K over the Galveston, TX bridge with an average pace of 7.5. I would like friend requests to encourage others to have weight loss success!

Carb cycling!
I've lost 33 pounds and 8 inches in 10 weeks carb cycling! It's not too difficult and you don't have to starve yourself. On low carb days I don't eat fruit or grains and stay under 50 carbs.
