Starting over?!

I want to encourage those of you have have lost weight only to gain it back. I lost 60 pound and gradually gained almost all of it back. I was mad at myself and didn't want to start over again. I did a 21 day habbit forming challenge to everyday- 1. Be active at least 30 min 2. Drink at least 64 oz of water 3. Eat 2 or 3 servings of fruits and veggies and 4. Track everything on MFP. Since then I've added more protein to my diet along with strength training and stopped drinking diet soda. I've lost 54 pounds and if I can do it you can!
