For 21 days to form habits for healthy lifestyle do 6 things daily: 1. drink 64 onces or more of water 2. Eat 2 fruits 3. Excercise 30 minutes 4. Eat a salad/3-4 veggies 5. No junk food! 6. Track your calories with MFP. This is how I started this summer, I've lost 35 pounds and 9 inches from my waist. "Not another diet but a lifestyle change..."
