I had my daughter on May 30th so far I've lost 21 pounds breastfeeding. I fill up on fruits, veggies, lean protein the good stuff. I drink slim fast I love the shakes helps me with cravings I use the shake as a meal replacement and a snack.

I feel u congrats on your baby boy I gave birth in march to my fourth child a baby boy as well I am currently 168 but my goal is 130 because of my height that's a healthy weight for me you can do it I'm rooting for you

I agree the munchies are hard to control at times

I have a drink on Thursdays I make sure i don't go over my calorie intake for that day it has slowed down my weight loss so I'm going to ditch it next week

I'm 4" 10 so I feel your pain. I weigh 168 today the healthy weight for me is 129. My motivation is me thinking about getting back down to my healthy size and how healthy I will be. Good luck
