Hi all, I'm 30yr old, female. Trying to lose fat and gain muscle. In the past I've fannied around with MFP...used it for a day or two, fallen off the wagon, used it again, forgotten about it for 6 months, used it again...but yesterday I decided to start looking properly at macros so here I am. Using it again and hopefully using for longer.

I'm small at 4'11" but that just mean every half pound shows on my little half body. Made good progress over the last 6 months by reducing processed foods but now I need to take it further. I need all the motivation I can get!

    I'm 4" 10 so I feel your pain. I weigh 168 today the healthy weight for me is 129. My motivation is me thinking about getting back down to my healthy size and how healthy I will be. Good luck

    Good luck! I'm trying to gain muscle mass as well as lose a lot of weight. It is possible! But not easy ;-) Good luck!
