You're absolutely right...do it for you. However...if being in better shape than the ex is good motivation for you...go for it! At the end of the day, whatever your reasons are...logging your food and exercise is only going to benefit you.

Thanks for all the comments! Coffee isn't the cause of my issues...acid reflux and carrying too much weight around my middle is really what is at fault. Coffee just is an irritant and getting rid of it has made a difference. I miss it, though! Biggest thing for me is that I'm getting rid of one more crutch that I was using…

Thanks snickerscharlie. I agree, SezxyStef. My fried (my old trainer) is in incredible shape and he still logs everyday. It really doesn't take a lot of time, and besides restaurant meals...it's pretty easy

Yes. I stopped logging and watching my diet. I got to the point where I didn't think I had to anymore. Dumb!
