Mom of two, husband works nights and I work full time 8-5 monday through friday. Im just getting started and Im sure eatly mornings are going to be my timeframe to fit exercise in. I know I can use the suppirt, so if you need it to, Id be glad to visit with you and support each other!

Wow. This was something I definitely needed to read. Im just starting this and Im scared as hell to fail. It makes me feel so much better to read other peoples stories and know they started from scratch just like Im doing. One day at a time.

I'm just getting started...and I know Im going to have to focus and work my tail off. Id love to have friends on here that can send me a little motivation every day to keep me going. Im just under 300 lbs now and my goalis to lost 100 pounds in the next year. Its a lot and Im scared, but the pounds need to go. Having…
