I am not limiting myself to one brand. I can't seem to find a good fitting store here in Abu Dhabi. :( Nike suggested a good Lunarglide 7 shoe. But, I found it's not cushioned enough. I have a slight knee pain & ankle pain. But, I found running in Asics gel series good. They got me fitted too. Let's see if this shoe works…

You have my exact starting weight & goal weight.. :smiley: Currently at 141lbs, took more than a year.. How did you manage to get to that weight in 6 months? Did you do any other exercises? I still have a little bingo wings, lower tummy & inner thighs to lose.. Inner thighs seem to be the toughest part to get rid of.. :(…

Whenever I bought a pair of sports shoe, the only point I used to look is the sole size at heel & toe and of course made sure it fitted well. But, this time I'm being a bit more careful at what I choose. Points noted. Thank you. :)

It is mostly with my body weight. Exercises like planks, burpees, crunches, squats, lunges, plank jacks, exercise ball, etc. A day in the schedule has exercises using the machines there & a few exercises with medicine ball & plates. 30x2 circuit, repetitions to be increased every week.

Hi Everyone, Thanks for replying. :) Points noted. Gym is done in the morning, 1 hour cardio is Treadmill, cross-trainer & bicycle combined. I take the group classes (evening) because I seem to enjoy dancing & aerobics, so that doesn't feel exhausting.

I came up with a mock filafel recipe & I liked it.. It's made with shredded cauliflower. Shred the cauliflower, making to about 2 cups. Squeeze the water out of it using a muslin cloth. I had about 100 g of Swiss cheese that was grated & added to the cauliflower. I feel mozzarella might taste better, went with Swiss cheese…
