  • I have both programs and them them both. I find I get up more and exercise when I am doing Rockin Body and Hip Hop Ab's. If u stick with the program it is wonderful. I haven't lost that much, but that is also do to not getting enough water during the day and eating enough.
  • I need to drop 126 lbs to reach my goal weight. And on many days I find it hard to get motivated and could use a lot of help.   • Yes jruzer he has and that is the one who put me on a 1200 calorie diet. It's working so far I'm done 15 lbs in little over a month. And thank u inked I need all I can get.
