Foster dog had a meet and greet and then took him to a state park. it was hot and we did run about 2 miles. and then walked ran a bit more (cuz i got lost) it's a beautiful park. @bearly63 no idea. from the stickers it looks like there will be long runs and ones that are about elevation, maybe a new trail/route. i'm sad there is no t-shirt.

i don't like heat. speed demon doesn't like heat. it's been hot. but i managed to get in 3.3 miles it would have been faster but i was monitoring speed demon's panting. i've been busy. mulching. lawn mower shopping. saved a fledgling from speed demon. working on the inside of the house. got a slip cover, curtains, curtain…

my roses are doing well and i had an angry visitor. he's lucky i found him. my one dog is good at hunting birds.

my strawberries are starting to produce. i'm hoping they keep growing each year. they have been slow to grow these past 2 years berries are getting ready to start producing fruit. all my veggies are slowly growing. my black beauties and tomatillos are just sprouting.

@shanaber i have but even with attempts of desentization it didn't get better. daisy i think was neglected(grooming) but she was good when i trimmed a few. her quicks are too long didn't run last night but goal is to get a least a mile. humidity is just part of the summer here. got to suck it up
