i'm back at a computer quartined due to a cold but for safe measure now working from home. running has been off and on.

did 5 miles yesterday in the house saturday, speed demon and i explored an area kinda by the house. found some beautiful but very very muddy trails it was tough but lots of fun

i tried a thundershirt and a diy...speed demon ate them in her anxiety. so didn't work so well for us :) my april race is postponed. my may half marathon race so far is still on but i feel like it will probably get cancelled. i'm hoping my ultra at the end of may doesn't get cancelled but in reality it probably will be

jogging is running. don't sell yourself short go slow. slower than you think you need to. get fitted for shoes. at a local store-if you can. otherwise look online for a shoe finder and consider their recommendations stick to the plan. don't panic you are doing just fine :)

a lot of races were cancelled by me but the one company is a bit of a rogue factor and we still had our race. and they gave away toilet paper. and the trails were marked with smiley face viruses. and so far the april 5th race is still happening

it depends. was it more of a flow class or a pose class. for flow, i'd go with bikram. for pose, i'd do hatha. the bikram is way overestimated. a class is typically between 150 to 250 calories

i've lost all my weight while on antidepressants. the only one i couldn't was remeron because it made me so ravenous. even with medication, it is still eating at a calorie deficit weigh and track your food. eat a deficit. you will lose weight

poor old girl got in a fight with speed demon while i was out teaching yoga. thankfully, speed demon is ok. old girl got her butt handed to her. yes, just fit them in your calorie allotment. they are empty calories nutritionally but it won't hurt.
