Well I used to be 5'3 but height shrinks as we age so now about 5'1.5. So up goes BMI yuk Anyway my height is petite! So you can add me if you want a Grandmother type as a friend.

I loved my shine and bought it because I could swim with it. Low and behold it cannot handle salt water and I swim in a salt water pool so since I already had a fitbit I am back to that. I quite like the fitbit but I liked just wearing the shine on my wrist. Oh well.

I read somewhere that if using the fitbit it is best to set activity as sedentary and then let MFP adjust the calories. Does this make sense?

Many antidepressant meds can effect desire so be sure to talk about this with your Dr. I am an old coot now but I can certainly remember that intimacy is an important part of any relationship. Good luck and listen to all the wise counsel given by others.

Gremlins almost won last night but they did not I remembered my goals, drank water and got through the temptation. So today I start day 5. Goals for today: Up steps to 7000, post all food and stay within calories, use community for support, read and reflect!

Here is a thought I have not read here. Do not have it as a snack by itself. Instead have it after a meal. In that way it will absorb more slowly and not spike as great a rise in insulin which then if blood sugar goes down makes you want more. it is worth a try.
