You can add an 24 and currently at 127lb but my weight goal is 104 so far I lost 4 pounds in two weeks from this app

Thanks and I weight myself once a week and record it once a week cause the weight loss promotes me to continue and I will weight in the morning from now on and use the morning weight for my record

Thanks everyone but I eat more fruits cause am still hungry after a meal nand I don't want to over eat or snack on junk food so the replaced the junk food with fruits
