All good thoughts. I typically won't have one with more than 15 calories per can. So many people tell me they're "poison" though I'm not sure why. I've tried coffee several different ways and I just can't get it in me. I do think I'll give the caffeine pills a shot though, since water is always the cleanest option. Thanks

Don't have a lot of these places in Canada so I have no point of reference. I picked Buffalo Wild Wings (which we do have) and guessed. Thanks for all the help though. Gotta stop eating this junk anyway.

My daily is 2000 and I had a buffalo chicken sandwich on a ciabatta (spelling?) bun.

Let that be your motivation. I was in the same boat. It took me 3 attempts over more than a year just to log my calories every day, but I do NOT want to fail again and won't.
