You can do it in MFP. Go into the menu, then into Progress. You can log it in there

Very well done, it's great when you start to see progress

Yeah the gym certainly helps get a good routine going. I felt hunger cues a while ago for the first time in years lol. I am managing to eat, it still feel like being force fed but I just keeping telling myself I have to. I cheat somewhat by drinking a lot of whole milk and pistachio nuts (I'd be finished without them),…

If you are good with lactose you can try whole milk, drinking is way easier when you don't feel hungry. Peanuts and pistachios are another I use to bump up the calories, also easy to consume when you don't feel hungry

Falkirk, Scotland.... It sure is sh** ... I'm going to the beach today, I shouldn't jinx it

Hi, I can sympathise, I'm fighting my way out of depression right now. I let weight fall off me over years and got to a really low weight. Eating isn't coming easy to me, I never have an appetite and everything I eat feels like it is forced. Sometimes I feel like exercise is the only thing keeping me sane. That's no good…

Hi all. I've recently moved to a place where I don't know anyone. I'm always happy to make new friends. Feel free to add me

My fav is the vanilla flavoured whey protein shake from bulkpowders. Mixing it with milk though (rather than water). It turns out super smooth with no chalkey texture and is sooooo sweet! muchos yum

Mind officially blown :o

I get shin splints too, I gave up on running and replaced it with cycling

It's this for me. I have more stress than I feel like I can handle right now but the gym makes the difference. Getting to the gym is the hardest part, once there I get a bit of time to not about the rough things, it's all 'legs...keep...going' lol. Working out in the house doesn't work for me, it's too easy not to do it. I…

Eating big meals is a struggle if you aren't used to it. I go with pistachios and whole milk to get an easy calorie boost. If you want to keep a hold of fat and build muscle you can cut back the cardio and stick more to the heavy lifting for building the muscle while not burning off too many calories with the cardio.…

Haha you too

Hiya, Well I've just killed a bottle of red wine and 900 calorie bag of pistachios...awesome

Hello back at ya ... from Scotland

I find patches take away my urge to smoke, it's the habit the bothers me more. I'm fine if I fill up my time but when I'm bored that's when it would get to me.

Hi all, Falkirk Scotland here, feel free to add. I've been on MFP for a bit over 3 months now and doing well
-
OP Use MFP to track what you eat. For years I struggled to gain weight, it really was just down to not eating enough, I didn't realise how little I ate until I saw a log of it. I still struggle to hit my calorie goal every day. Training the stomach to deal with larger amounts of food can be a task but it gets easier as…

Fill up as much of your time as possible to avoid snacking

Hey all, I'm from the Falkirk area. I've been using MFP for a few months now with success. Good luck to everyone

Routine was a major part for me. Getting up at the same time every day, including weekends, having my breakfast at a certain time etc. I forced myself to go to the gym on set days at a specific time whether I felt like it or not. I am trying to make it a habit and it's definitely working for me. I'm 3 months in and I hate…
