I log my exercise as it keeps me motivated to do it. Weight loss is a life style change. Slowly and surely wins the race.

I save it for special meals out and special occasion's. I keep a bottle in the house and find I don't crave it if it's there!

Me too! I have lost 9lb and have 4 to go. I know I will do it, as I really want to. I will keep the weight off, as I now exercise regularly. This has been a lifestyle change for me.
