Since I started my diet nearly three weeks ago, I have had little to no desire to workout. I typical enjoy cardio but I think I'm lacking energy. I'm not tired, I feel full. Anything I can add to my diet to increase my energy? Thanks in advance.

Maybe your carbs are too low. It makes you lack energy. Make sure you eat the good carbs. Sweet potatoes brown rice, quinoa! Also make sure you are eating enough and getting enough protein!

You are welcome to add me. I find having friends who exercise encourages me! If you really want the result, you can do it!

Make sure you're eating enough! :]
It's typically quite normal to feel hungry in the first couple of weeks because your body is adapting, but if you're feeling fatigued and weak with it, you need to listen to your body and fuel it sufficiently. Double check your calorie allowance and make sure it's correct. Once you've done that, incorporate higher carb or protein based foods in to your plan - they will help you stay fuller for longer. Also, spread your food out throughout the day so you are eating every couple of hours, this'll help the energy issue. Best of luck and I hope this helps!
