Hi I'm wondering can u eat everyday the calories u burn off

Do you mean your exercise calories? If so eat back 50-75% of them as MFP and most equipment over estimates the calories that you have burnt.0

Yes, I'm trying to loose weight and it doesn't seem to be working. I run everyday for 30 mins 6k and only burn 350 cals? I have 1200 cals a day . Then after my run I use what u burnt off. Is this wrong0

Only eat back 50% of them. As I said it over estimates burn rates.

Finding this a bit hard!! Prob cause I count kcals instead of fat ! Is it ok to do that0
