Also try weighing yourself at the same time every day. Like someone else said, we fluctuate throughout the day so you may weigh more in the morning than you do in the evening. I try to weigh myself around 9 every morning. Also make sure you wear the same outfit/are naked as that can make small changes as well

It definitely works. But even if it doesn't, there's no way you will be worse off for trying so just go for it! And understand that making mistakes happens and every day you get a new start

Oh and for fitness I've been going to the group classes at my gym. I think they are more fun and the instructors know what to work (its like getting a personal trainer for free lol)

I have had the same experience with Hydroxycut Proclinical. I was hesitant to use it at first but i found that i lost twice as much in a week when using it (with diet and exercise) as without. My only thing is i can't take 2 pills before dinner bc i can't sleep so i only take one. You just have to adjust it as needed.…

I have noticed the same thing! I love weighing every day but i only report once a week so i don't have to report increases i have in the middle of the week from exercise

I think if you don't treat yourself you are more likely to go crazy and completely lose it! If you earned a treat, enjoy it! I usually treat myself after my weekly weigh in :)

I usually head to the gym in the morning so my face is clean but sometimes i workout with makeup on. It sounds stupid but i work harder in my workouts when i feel pretty haha

I love making green smoothies for lunch. The one i normally make is about 400 calories. I use spinach, milk, whatever frozen fruit i like, chia seeds and flaxseed. Sometimes i put oats in it

Hi I'm 21! Its nice to see I'm not the only young person trying to get fit this summer. So far I'm just trying to manage my calories and get 4 solid workouts a week. I've been doing turbokick at my gym which i really like. I've lost 3 lbs so far and have 17 to go!

Wow people are being kind of harsh. I know its tough, i have a bad sweet tooth too. I try to just wait it out. I know i don't need it. Try eating some fresh fruit like someone else said. Drinking hot tea often helps with all of my cravings. It makes me feel full so I forget what i wanted to eat

I agree, I've used the proclinical and it gave me more energy and i lost weight quickly. However, adjust the amount you take to your body's needs. I found that i couldn't sleep after a few weeks and so i started only taking 1 pill before dinner. Make sure you drink a lot of water!!!
