Agreed, 50g of cheese is a lot! I use 30g of mature cheddar and sometimes think that is too much taste wise.

When I did it I used to eat 0 point food for dinner and then spend most of my points on treats! It was like how much crap could I eat within my point allowance. Then of course it was treat Day straight after weigh in, which had to be a morning meeting so you could get away without eating before weigh in!

I have a charge without the HR and it syncs really well with MFP so I don´t see why the Charge HR wouldn´t.

I make mayo with an immersion blender all the time, I use regular olive oil and it's not strong tasting just don't use extra virgin. Avocado oil is good too but pretty expensive where I am. I would't use an oil that solidifies when cold though.

I eat salads a lot with some protein, today I had baked salmon, or parma ham with goat cheese or goat cheese and chorizo, crispy chicken breasts with Flavorgod seasonings.
