just reading this last part motivated me! I've been considering working out in the early morning cause the gym doesn't turn up the AC high enough in the afternoon (not enough people I guess) and it gets really hot

No weight change here (still at 196.6), it's probably because of all the sodium from the last two days, but hey I feel lighter and my jeans are much looser!

yay! there was a time where the scale was stuck on the same number for a while and then all of a sudden it started going down like crazy. Hoping the same thing happens this time

I noticed that when I'm sore the scale doesn't budge. I'm guessing it's all the micro inflammations and the swelling that comes with it trying to repair my muscles. (I cheated and checked my weight today, but will check it again tomorrow).

Love all your posts. Let's keep each other posted on our progress, and let's share anything that you've done that you're proud of. I today, for example, did HIIT at the gym as well as upped my squat weight to 205 lbs! I can feel 225 lbs coming soon.
