    Love all your posts. Let's keep each other posted on our progress, and let's share anything that you've done that you're proud of. I today, for example, did HIIT at the gym as well as upped my squat weight to 205 lbs! I can feel 225 lbs coming soon.

    Angie, you are so strong! I'm in awe. My win for the day is listening to my body: I'd logged a full serving of my favorite dark chocolate as dessert, but stopped at half a serving because I'd had enough.

    Really made an effort to track calories yesterday, and hit my goal. So now, what, only 68 more days to go? :)

    I had my first proper on plan, clean day yesterday for about 10 days and loved the scales this morning.... now to keep it up here, too!

    I’m in as well. I use my Apple Watch to stay motivated as I always look to meet my move and exercise goal. If anyone is looking for motivation and has an Apple Watch we can challenge each other. Its helpful for me because there are plenty of days when I don’t feel like doing that cardio. As of right now I am eating at a deficit while strength training 4x week and doing double cardio session. One in the morning and the other later in the day to boost metabolism. DM if you want to set up an Apple Watch challenge.

    I was way up last week so this week looks like an amazing loss, in fact I've lost 0.8 in two weeks, but, I'm delighted anyway!

    Managed 10000 steps everyday bar 1, but already messed this week up by only doing 8000 yesterday. Need to up my game! Aiming for 12000 today to catch up ;)

    Just started on Monday. Goal is to lose about 45lbs by end of October (big birthday), but summer is a great initial milestone to work towards. I made myself a weekly weigh-in chart to keep me going. Biggest challenge will be keeping it up week after week (heck.. day after day is hard enough).
