Managed 10000 steps everyday bar 1, but already messed this week up by only doing 8000 yesterday. Need to up my game! Aiming for 12000 today to catch up
Just started on Monday. Goal is to lose about 45lbs by end of October (big birthday), but summer is a great initial milestone to work towards. I made myself a weekly weigh-in chart to keep me going. Biggest challenge will be keeping it up week after week (heck.. day after day is hard enough).

I ate everything last night. Everything. Not even going to try to count the calories. How can I be so good during the day only to sabotage it when I get home?

I was way up last week so this week looks like an amazing loss, in fact I've lost 0.8 in two weeks, but, I'm delighted anyway!
