    @mkgoodson1007 I always figured it was negative because my association with woo is "woo science"- basically what you said- but this is an international community and who knows if that term has any meaning outside the U.S. I guess MFP decided Boo would be too harsh lol.

    I have been lurking this thread for a couple days... I am joining! I am basically maintaining at this point. I signed up at a local gym and this year I am not letting my $ go to waste (aka: not going). I went last night, didn't make it today bc work travel... but I'm gonna do a PopSugar workout from Youtube shortly.

    March 11 - 184 (starting weight)
    March 18 - 181 (-3)
    March 25 - 179 (-2)
    April 1 - 176 (-3)
    April 8 - 174 (-2)

    April 22 - 169 (-3)
    April 29 - 167 (-2)
    May 6 - 167 (-0) - no change this week. I blame Cinco de Mayo festivities and tacos :)

    Two steps forward, one step back. I totally deserved this week’s weight gain (1.4 lbs). Didn’t track for the weekend while I was in a three day workshop and too many cheets. This week I go back to diligence and staying on track.

    Do people on here know that a Woo is not a good thing.

    Some say it is a good thing...some people say it's the equivalent of reporting someone for inappropriate behavior...idk🤯

    Note: One week into a month of keto, and as predicted, it's really reduced my appetite. Still doing IF, but even easier now.

    I didn’t have that much weight to lose for summer but the last 10-15lbs has been hard for me

    I’m down 3lbs since joining this thread! yay!

    5lbs more to go and I’ll be happy for summer :)

    But would like to lose around 10 more total and maintain my weight around that range

    That's incredible! I hope to get back into my size 6's eventually. Last time I felt comfortable in my clothes.
