    Great to see all the progress everyone is making. The accountability to log everything while good or “bad” has helped me to avoid “going off the rails” so many times. Then there was that one time 2 weeks ago when I grabbed a small handful of tollhouse chocolate chip and then ate half the bag, lol. But I didn’t let it get to me. Just picked right back up the next day. Keep it up everyone!

    I’d love to be a part of this! I’d like to drop 15-20 by summer but 40 by December. I stopped eating sweets and candy Monday. Day 4 today. The challenging time will be the weekend.

    Hi guys! Can I join? I have a lot of weight to lose, but would love to lose at least 20 pounds by my birthday in June. I've been on and off of this site for about 6-7 years, but got locked out of my old account and my old friends. Please feel free to add me as a friend! My starting weight on Monday was 266.2.

    I have been dropping fat for 15 months now. I hope to drop the last 7lbs by june 1, but progress is down to a crawl.

    Keeping up with the logging of food intake. Surprised how full I can get even though it looks like a little portion. Changing my macros based on the workout/non workout can be a bit tedious, but I am continuing with the challenge! Keep up the great work everyone

    Hi everyone! I'm trying to lose 7 pounds before my holiday at the beginning of June, but being home from uni for the month long easter break means no gym for me. So going to have to workout at home as much as I can instead

    April 1 = 176.5 (-0.6)

    Total loss to date: 7.9

    Goal Weight for July 1 - 158-160
    Goal Weight for Oct 30 - 135 (lose 1.36 lbs per week)

    Ive never used this before, so forgive me if I'm not replying right! Im trying to lose another 10 lbs before summer. 5'2, currently 130 lbs. Ive lost 7 since I started back on my workout routine, about 3 weeks ago. A mix or cardio (elliptical) and body beast workouts.

    First of all congratulations Angie and Hilo for all the progress so far. For me I am continuing until the end of June if I hit my goal, if not I will keep going until about October and then switch to building muscle again. If I hit my goal before then it will be maintenance for me. Good luck all.

    @mkgoodson1007 thank you for the kind words! I'm probably going to continue for a while, too, because I'm losing slowly- but steadily- and my goal for this challenge isn't my final goal weight. My previous comfortable weight in 2017 was 123, so I'm honestly about 30 lbs from there. I just can't tackle that all at once or it feels overwhelming!

    @my3boys424 5 lbs in a month, awesome job!

    Hey, all! I've been reading the "petty" thread in a different forum and it's so awesome- thought it might be fun to ask the same question here in this little group: We all have health-driven motivations for losing, but what's your "petty" reason for sticking with this?

    My petty reasons:
    - to look better than the jerk mom who acts like they are to good to be around me
    - to get called pretty again, I miss that
    - to wear a bikini comfortably

    I have a swimsuit I bought 2 years ago that I love. It ran small (like really small) so my goal is to get into it this summer. I am down 45lbs but haven't sucked it up to try it again.

    Im doing the weigh in on another thread. But my overall start weight was 142, April start was 134.6 and yesterday i weighed in at 130.6. Cant wait to be back in the 120's soon! My wedding weight was 125 and I'm starting to believe I can get back to there.
