You will be fine, Why is more the question, Just lower your goals from 1lb a week to half lb a week still lose just not as fast and overall better for you while increasing your calories a bit.

Keep up with the great work, I found prepping my food is what helps me. Pizza I love but had to limit it quite a lot. Pizza as tasty as it is just way too many calories for me. lol Now when I eat it. It tsates so greasy I have no problems limiting the amount eaten. Keep up the awesome work. Weigh your food and you will…

Sedentary is really that, very little exercise and few steps I forget the exact# but it it like Under 4000 steps. I have a desk job but still would count myself as lightly active due to I still get well over 5000 steps on a lazy day.

I will have to look it up, but I know there was a study based on the thermogenics of hot peppers and how they could be a negative calories, but again the problem is we have really no true way of detection throughout the entire process. Far to many variables. If you are nervous or relaxed will vary in calories burned on a…

@psulemon These are all very subjective on the way you wish to look at it. Being a MFP moderator I am sure you are very well aware your body burns calories constantly throughout the day. So lets for sake of argument use a low count and say at your weight you burn 1 calorie a minute. 1 pickle slice costs 5 calories that's…

Logging is important, I am very honest with my logging because I may lie but my body will not. Even the days I drink waaayyy to much beer :)
-
Get a digital food scale, Log in here every day and log your food to stay under your calorie count, and remember this crap is hard so look to your MFP friends for support. When you have your bad days and eat too many calories, Do not get upset or worried we all do it, some more than others. Most important the only way you…

salmon is very good, You can eat anything, just moderate and weigh everything. Portion control is the most important thing. I also get sick of chicken, but it is so cheap and an excellent choice for low cals and high protein. The amount I buy of boneless skinless chicken breasts can be described as disturbing to some :)

If you are discouraged about 2 lbs and want to quit, what do you think that number will climb to if you do quit? We all have bad days and poor choices! You are more than strong enough to get past this and come out stronger than before as well as healthier!

Great job!

I call it a cheat day, just because it is a known word. My "Cheat day" I will just not worry so much and stay right around a maintenance day caloric intake instead of 1000 calories under.

A Harry Potter joke. albeit not a very good one :)

You do not have to be great to start, but you have to start to be Great! Welcome aboard

35000 steps is a ton of steps, so yes absolutely if the steps and your stride is accurate the calories will be close.
-
lol and that is not a Blow up day in my mind! for me that would have been a slightly over maintenance day and would have chalked it up as 1 day.

I generally watch the Avengers or Marvel cartoons while I run on my Elliptical or work out. I like the 30 min shows helps me keep pace.
-
The main thing you need from a scale is consistency, All scale calibrations are going to be different since most you cannot actually calibrate yourself by using a known weight in the high and low range you would need.
-
I get them bad as well, I have been staying hydrated and stretch my shins/ankles and calfs for 30 mins before running and it helps a ton.
-
I as well Loved Daredevil, I watched it later, after all the normal shows I watch ended.

I have always drank coffee in the am, water while at work and beer when I got home, Never to the point of dunk, but 6-10 beers a night was not out of the ordinary. I still partake in far too many. My job is pretty stressful, so for me that's what helps me unwind. Definitely looking to cut it out due to the insane calorie…
