Great advice above. I think it can also be helpful to talk about how you're feeling with your friends/family, or even just write it down. Sometimes just expressing the bad stuff can help expel it!

I also find myself craving sweet stuff after I eat. I find it helps if I drink a lot of water while I'm eating. Also, I buy small portion-controlled sweet stuff, like mini frozen yoghurts. Doesn't always work, but mostly it does!

I don't like it either - I think it's because I like to pretend that nobody notices how fat I am, so when I lose weight they shouldn't notice that either!
