20 pounds awesome. Feel free to add me. I started at 258.8 doing the 21 day fix, and ended at 249. A week after I gain 2 pounds. I started about 6 days ago with MFP. I'm hoping to be 180.

I see it this way. If I eat the calories I burn I won't loss the weight. But maybe I'm wrong what do you think?

Hi I'm a latina too. Sometimes when your thyroid gland is not working properly you don't loose weight or you gain weight instead of loosing it. That's just a suggestion. I know that for a fact I have it, and when I didn't know I had it at my biggest I was 298. So if you want tell your doctor to check your thyroid gland.

Look back at all the times you were unhappy at pictures you took or clothes u tried. That it self is a huge motivation. Just go for it.
