This helped me out a lot. I was really considering cutting out a lot of things I love but from everyone's advice, I'll try sticking to moderation and work from there! :)

At 5'1'' and 188lbs, I went to the doctor and on the paper it said I was listed as "obese". And in 2010 I went from 170lbs to 115 in 8 months. Eating healthy and exercising all the time.. I know it's possible.. I use the excuse "I had a baby" too much :(

I'm right there with you! I had a baby a year ago (in March). I was 205 when I gave birth, I'm currently 188lbs... I've been exercising and eating okay, but i haven't been consistent. I feel like I can't use the "I had a baby" excuse anymore... Before I had my son I was 145lbs.

Yes. Recently I have started to think about pre logging in my meals/snacks so I don't go over my calorie limit or tempted.

I think what would probably work best for me, after reading everyone's responses, I'm going to try eating bread and pasta in moderation, and I will go from there.

Thank you everyone! Your replies were great! I've cut back on a lot of let's call it "bored eating" when I'm home by myself I would just nip pick at anything in the house multiple times a day, (chips, cookies, ect.) when we order pizza, I can eat half a large, I don't even know where it goes cause I'm only 5'1 @ 186lbs.…
