Id be more scared of running in the dark or in a lonely park. I worry too much about what is going to happen to me if Im alone than people staring at me. If you are not afraid and its just what people think, think about how you feel when you jog not what everyone else is doing, they probably could not care less.

Not all salads are equal to light. Stay clear of dressings poured over the salad, get it on the side and use sparingly. sometimes salads are more calories than steak.

I am not cutting the micronutrients I am just getting them differently. If you read the rest of the quote about Carbs you saw it was more to do with converting Carbs being stored as fat. Hence Carbs disguised as fat.

Niacin is one of the fat burners but you can not just take a vitamin with niacin in you have to balance the whole micro nutrients for it to be absorbed properly

This statement is factually incorrect. You can be overweight and nutrient deficient. You can be over weight obese and still be malnurished. If you do not make enough fatty acids in your diet you will not be able to burn calories.

Quarter Pounders or 4oz or 115g burger are all the same. If you are getting up to 200g thats a big burger. Since most diets recommend portions of meat around 3-4 oz your burger would be closer to 7oz and therefore it probably would be closer to 600 calories than not. These are raw weights.
