An easy protein that I eat is spoonfuls of canned black beans on a tortilla with low fat cheese! My son is eating that now for lunch :) I also buy the Lara bars! They help with my sweet tooth and have a good amount of protein!

I don't eat true dinner at dinner time and today we were running around so I just had an applesauce cup! I did get the tricep dips done... love/hate those things! Yay!!! I finished both! I didn't even count the water park walking! So proud of myself!!! I did 82 minutes of fast paced walking and 36 min of yoga :)

My friend did this, it worked for her. She chewed on gum (natural gum from a health food store near us) when she wanted to chew. She added stuff to the shake though- bananas, strawberries, Chia seeds, flax, etc. I think I remember her saying she had to add oil to the shake (maybe coconut or avacado). It's been 2 years and…
