Some good pointers and for those that say sugar is sugar I do also agreed to that , but I do get told there is a difference between the two

Ok I know some think it's silly to ask how others keep to a 1500 cal diet but when your mostly having porridge , chicken with rice , chicken with broccoli, and potatoes it can get a little boring,

Yer it's the added stuff not the fruit type, It's crazy to say but it's like you have one biscuit and befor you know it your dunked 10 of them or your siting there and driving your self crazy thinking about sweet stuf

Reading this make some sense, My day consists of a 5k jog , bunch bag for 12 3 min rounds with kettlebell exercise for 1 min between rounds , Then high rep weight training with 30k barbell , 2 8kg kettlebells , 20kg z bar and 5 10kg Dumbbells

I read on line how guys shouldn't drop below the 1500cal mark and should take in more on weight training days

I don't go below 1500 cal and eat under 1700cal when weight training

Well av just started logging my food on this from yesterday, I do use a scale, and if it's from a packet I scan the bar code useing this app

I fought the purpose of this type of app was to take your age , height, weight and work out what you should burn when working out

Well I do 12 3min rounds with punchbag with 1min active rest using different kettle bell moves . Then I do a weight circuit for 45min

Well I use endomando app for fitness , eat between 1500-1700 cal , I do boxing , weight training and jog , Scan and weigh my food
