I read on line how guys shouldn't drop below the 1500cal mark and should take in more on weight training days0 -

Reading this make some sense,
My day consists of a 5k jog , bunch bag for 12 3 min rounds with kettlebell exercise for 1 min between rounds ,
Then high rep weight training with 30k barbell , 2 8kg kettlebells , 20kg z bar and 5 10kg Dumbbells0
