I fought the purpose of this type of app was to take your age , height, weight and work out what you should burn when working out

Your burns are inaccurate. You are eating too many calories back for exercise if you are eating exercise calories.

If you think that's how much you are eating in gross calories and you are a 250lb male and not losing weight then I assume you have a food logging issue as well

Set your diary to public for specific advice

Well keep logging for 8 weeks and reassess

But watch those calorie burns ...they're whack

    Good luck

I read on line how guys shouldn't drop below the 1500cal mark and should take in more on weight training days

"The failure of some obese subjects to lose weight while eating a diet they report as low in calories is due to an energy intake substantially higher than reported and an overestimation of physical activity, not to an abnormality in thermogenesis."

    This is a good philosophy

Give it time with accurate logging

    It's been a day

When you scan packs double check nutrition guidelines and weights

    Reading this make some sense,

My day consists of a 5k jog , bunch bag for 12 3 min rounds with kettlebell exercise for 1 min between rounds ,
    Then high rep weight training with 30k barbell , 2 8kg kettlebells , 20kg z bar and 5 10kg Dumbbells
