I drink water all day long, at least 90-100oz or more a day. So with supper, I allow myself to have some diet coke. It is my treat for doing so well :). And i've lost almost 20 lbs now. :)

I drink like 100 oz of water a day. I have lost 18.6lbs since I started using MFP but I tried exercising everyday and think I just took it to much to fast. Thanks :)

I try so hard to not weigh myself but once a week and even that is hard for me! Good luck you guys. I would have to break my scale to prevent myself from weighing. Its how I see definitive progress and it keeps me motivated.

I was having a conversation the other day and If sodium is the only thing that I am over on then I am 100% ok with that because of all the water I drink. I have a problem with my Sodium intake too. Its sometimes almost double the recommended value. But I try to drink 100oz or more of water a day so that when I work out It gets rid of some of the water weight that the sodium holds on to.

Right now I am doing all cardio. Slowly building up. I workout 7 days a week. I walk, run 30 min 1 day and 1 hr the next and flip flop so Monday- 30min Tuesday-1hr Wednesday-30min Thursday-1hr Friday-30min Saturday-1hr Sunday-30min

There is such a fine line of being friendly and being flirty. I am such a happy go lucky person and my husband says I cross the line sometimes. But i enjoy a good compliment and I know it would make someone else feel good too :)
