Please stop running! I had that problem and ended up not being about to walk well for about 2 weeks. It was the worst. I couldn't do anything. It will be better to take a couple days off and not injure yourself more.

I lost 30 lbs my first 60 days but a LOT of it was water weight. and I was eating such an excess of calories before I started to eat healthy. And i had a lot of weight to lose. It is all down to the individual.

i knew I was losing weight when I had to buy smaller shorts I knew I was losing weight when I wasn't hot ALL the time I knew I was getting fit when I craved running-even if it was 9:30 at night :) I knew I was getting healthy when I started to crave my healthy dinners :)

Thank you guys! Its just so sucky when I try so hard! and I guess the first 25 lbs just came off so fast and to see the scale go up sucks! I appreciate all the support!!! :)

I don't post a whole lot on here but I do like coming and reading everything. If i feel like I have something to say then I will. But I don't always feel like posting if I think it will come out as nonsense. LOL

I know I underpronate so I know I need a neutral shoe. I just feel a little overwhelmed. Guess I will be making a trip this weekend.

I never have a cheat day or even a cheat meal because I know I will fall back into that style of eating. If there is something I want like icecream, pizza, or mac & cheese, I will let myself have it in moderation. SERVING SIZE is so important to me and I make sure i still stay at or under my calorie goal! :)

Um. . yes. I know it was to much to soon, but I felt so good! I did it for about a week before my ankles started hurting me. I took some ibuprofen and my ankles feel a bit better so I think the anti inflammatory is helping! :) Thanks guys!

I always love to have new friends. It keeps me motivated to see they are staying within their goal too! :)

Most of the time it takes your body way longer than a week to adjust to a new diet. Make sure you are drinking plenty of water as well to get rid of any excess water weight. Remember sometimes it can take several weeks to a month before you see progress on the scale. Every BODY is different.

You have no idea how often I get that. If I smile it makes my face look fat and my eyes squinty :) But thats for the confidence booster.
