Those desk jobs are no joke when it comes to losing weight. I work 6 days a week, 9am-6pm. I've started bringing a gallon of water a day to work with me. Snacking is the toughest.

Oh trust me, I completely understand that and I get where you are coming from. My boys eat good and healthy. It's just something I want to do for myself. It helped me drop my blood pressure when I did it before and that is my main focus now. I guess when I put it on here it sounds horrible but really it's not. I eat tons…
