Tough Mudder: Training Advice

I signed up for the Tough Mudder Race Half (5miles) for May 1st. I have no upper body strength. All tips, suggestions, advice needed and welcome. I'm starting off with walking push ups, burpees and monkey bars. Lol

Thanks guys. I am going with a group. There will be 5 of us. There is no way I was doing this alone so I convinced them and now we all have goals to reach.0
