congrats babicaks3z on your baby. i dont think i will lose all that much because of the workout but i am following a 1300 cal diet so i am expecting to see an improvement in my fitness or weight over the next few weeks

hi I'm a 22 yrs old student. Currently very close to my goal weight since the summer I lost close to 45 pounds and have 4 more to go (currently 179). Was hoping to accomplish that by the new year but now im not so sure. So i am just going to focus on not gaining it back and slowly brigning the scale down.

I have a similar story. 1.5 yrs ago I started by simply cutting out bread and pasta. Now I am completely gluten free and I do not eat any of its substitute products. When I was young I would dream of bread. Seriously!! After 2 weeks gluten free those dreams and my craving are gone.

I don't have a gym membership thought I live next to a YMCA I can't afford it even with the student discount. So I do some exercises in the morning every few days push ups, ab workout. as well I don't take the elevator because they are to slow so I go up and down 3-6 flights of stairs a few time everyday at school. At the begining, I set mine at 2pounds/week sedentary. I was on a low cal diet (1000-1200cal) and no exercise so I was loosing more then 2 pounds. After a while, I started going light activity (30 min cardio/day),1300 cal, and now am loosing exactly 2 pounds/week. This is what I prefer.

Hi all, I am a 22yrs who is almost 5"11. Began my journey at 230 pounds and now am down to 184. Still have 10 pounds to go before I reach my goal weight 174. Glad to have found this group !

Yes by my parents (mother especially) I am still overweight though so not to worried about what they think.
