First week weigh in - I've lost 1:5 lbs, now on 189.5. Didn't get to the gym much this week unfortunately but ate well and it paid off. In edinburgh for a few days so hoping to keep walking and burn the inevitable naughty scottish foods off

My plan is to exercise for an hour, 5 times a week. Drink lots of water, eat lots of protein & veg and complete 200 miles of cardio this month (73 down)

I weigh in every monday but I'll change that up to friday. I try to exercise for an hour at least 5 days a week, love aqua aerobics (don't judge me haha) and after getting a fitbit I've been challenging myself to complete 200 miles of cardio this month - I'm currently on 72 miles

Thanks for the comments guys, however I have no idea what a calorie deficit is. I'm eating 1200 a day, which is what MFP set me to with my age weight and height. I sometimes eat around 200 calories more if I've exercised a lot that day. What do I need to do?

I'm doing this too, started on June 1st and have been working out 3/4 times a week and logging my food/water/exercise intake to keep track of my days.
