Thank you all for advice! I'm gonna cut back on my calories on week days if I can and if not I'll just work out and prep some food for when I come back home from parties because that's something I struggle with.

@phill_143 as I am a 19 year old student in a country that's big on it's alcohol culture, I don't tend to go to restaurants to drink :) it is pretty uncommon for people around me not to drink and some people didn't even wanna go out with me when I said I wasn't drinking. It's also less fun for me.

Well i start eating and I can't stop, i tell myself that I'll eat x amount but I just can't stick to it. And then yes a lot of it is emotional after that.

I have a tendency to eat a lot of sugar and want more and more so i just thought i need to stop that. I should eat 50 % carbs 30 % fat and 20 % protein. Unfortunately seitan is out of my reach it's not sold anywhere near me and if it is it's too expensive to buy on a daily basis .

Well that's another problem : it's really hard for me to control myself when i don't have the calorie limit. I just eat and eat and can't stop and sometimes even feel like I'm gonna puke from all this food so moderation is hard for me.
