This has been my 2 month progress eating at about a 1400 cal average. It is showing since my restart of Prozac. I just don't get what else I can change....

Social anxiety here. Just started last year at age 32. Therapy helps. I have Clonopin for attacks. I used to carry one in my pocket at all times because I was so fearful of having one. Now I don't. And haven't used one in a month or so. People try to understand but can't until they experience it.

MS here. Diagnosed at 16. 32 now. I am usually too tired to exercise even with fatigue meds. 90% diet change and I'm down 65 lbs from 244. Stay strong! Add me if you like

Walking past a mirror tuning your head as far as it will go to check out the back. My best success was at a family gathering my husband's extended family that we do not see often thought he had gotten divorced and I was his new girlfriend!!!!!!!!

I live on quest protien. 1 to sometimes 2 times a day. I love the taste. I add pb2 to it for added protien and taste.
