  • Thanks for the responses, I don't know what i will be I guess I should aim for 10% body fat, I guess I'm currently at 20-25%. I'll give it a shot and try to make it a lifestyle change, I figure I have time to do it.
  • The way I see it, muscle weighs 4 x the weight of fat so keep an eye on your results in the mirror and don't worry too much about your weight. You could technically be losing fat and gaining muscle.
