  • First of all...thank you! I know it could be worse but it does bother me some. The first picture was a year ago. I have done my own thing, no programs or anything. First I cut out soda, fast food (didn't eat much of that to begin with) and coffee. I drink about a TON of water and I add the green thunder MIO in the morning…
  • Thank you!! :) You look awesome!
  • Not sure why but MFP edited my photo and only left the "before" image...here is my stomach currently
  • I am 33. I snapped back quickly after my two kids in my early twenties, but like I said, never had a flat stomach or was as fit as I am now. I will keep working at it. It is not the worst thing in the world so I can live with it! LOL
  • I am using my Iphone's built in motion processor. So it only calculates steps when I have my phone on my person. I generally take a walk mid-day and it will say I earned xxx calories. Maybe I should disable the step tracker?
  • add me! It helps me to see others posting and know that I'm not alone in the struggle!
  • Thank you everyone! Can't wait to try some of these! Pretty funny...today they were having a wellness event at my job. I was talking to the nutritionist, and she suggested Core Power Shakes. And they sell them in the cafeteria where I work!! I tried the chocolate, it tastes pretty close to chocolate milk! I like it!
  • Because all the normal food I want to eat for breakfast has way too many calories in it. Also, I have to be to work pretty early in the AM and just want something I can grab and drink in the car.
  • After further research, I figured out that I do not have it. The gap in my abdomen is way less that 2.5 finger widths, which is what they say to look for. So now I have no excuse! Kind of relieved though...
  • I am not following any certain diet. I have my calories set to 1600 and most days i stick to it. I don't eat fried foods, soda, sweets or anything like that. I am just trying to eat healthier all around. It is very hard to find foods that are low cal/low carb that will fill you up. I am always hungry! And I don't have time…
  • I have been jogging 3-5 days a week, about a 11 min mile. It doesn't seem to help! I also want to drop about 10lbs...I'm thinking I'm going to really have to work on my diet. Not that I eat bad, but I have heard "abs are made in the kitchen, not the gym"!!
  • My dad raises bees and says bee pollen or just straight organic honey will give you an energy boost. I give it to my kids (I know, like they need it!) but I have yet to try it myself. I need to, I am always tired too, but I just assumed it was stress, working full time, being in school and having two kids!

  • My pooch seems to be my lower abdomen too, in my pelvis, right above my pubic bone...I have been fighting it, and it doesn't seem to go away. Let me know if you find anything that works!
  • Diastasis recti is more of a separation between the left and right abdomen not the upper and lower. But hey, those babies will stretch everything out! I am looking more into it because it might just be if it is separated more than 2cm. Because if you think about it, there is a line there naturally. Look at those with 6…

  • I will try that. I guess I should cut out my daily OJ in the morning. It is full of carbs and I didn't really realize it!
