I have been jogging (10 min mile) 2 miles, 3-5 days a week. On alternating days I do strength training, either arms/abs or legs. I have been doing this for about 8 weeks. I have not really changed my diet. I pretty much eat healthy, no chips or fast food and no sodas. I have not lost one pound and my clothes are fitting the same. I don't want to give up! What am I doing wrong!?

Have you tried to cut your carbs down a bit? If you are eating about 75g of carbs a day try to cut it to 50g for a week and see if it makes a difference. I am having the same issue and this was recommended for me.

I will try that. I guess I should cut out my daily OJ in the morning. It is full of carbs and I didn't really realize it!

You may not notice outside change but the additional working out is helping your heart and lungs. If you had done blood work when you started and took it again at this mark there would be some improvement. Don't give up...keep going. And as the other poster said you may need to tweak your diet a bit. Make sure you are measuring everything because you may have unknowingly increased your calorie intake because of the increased exercise.
