I think it still works with cico. Any differences are probably water weight. Or inaccuracies in counting depending on what you are drinking. But just be careful to drink in moderation

Also you control the flavor- for example I'm obsessed with spicy foods. My lunch has tabasco, fresh jalapeño and cayenne pepper.

On weekends I tend to wake up late. I often eat lunch as my first meal. So good.

Yeah the larger you are the more you have to lose to drop a size. I fit from 8-10 now. But my eights feel better now than before I started losing. Still no significant changes.

So I was about to tell you to do research but I read mine wrong. Naturally occurring are just not nearly as bad. They still have some risks. But man made are much worse. And they shouldn't be eaten and I think labeling is deceptive.

I don't think they are talking about naturally occurring trans fats. For one they aren't even bad for you, and may be beneficial. But added man made trans fats are all bad and shouldn't be eaten.

I'm a fan. The problem is there are a lot of products that have less than half a gram and list zero. When if you look at the ingredients there are obviously some. This is deceptive and I shouldn't have to look at the ingredients to figure this out. End rant.

Hey good luck. Eating disorders are tough. And I agree they require a multi faceted approach. For binging I find not having those bingey foods around helps. It depends on you though sometimes I just want something and I try not to deny myself too often or I crave it more usually.

I guess I didn't see it that way. I just have started seeing some results and don't want to blow it. I did have an eating disorder previously. Maybe this is just another way it can pop up in my healthy lifestyle goals. I will try to be aware of that. So really just aim to exercise for fitness and toning. But not correlate…

Hi. Good luck. That might be a little fast for 15 pounds. You should probably get to the gym. Because toning makes you look better at any size. I'm only down about 4 pounds. But it is noticeable because I've been working out too.

Mine will usually show up the next day but get away with it in the long run because it averages out.

It sounds like your old scale was going out. You might not actually be up weight. Maybe it was just incorrect at 142. Anyway you have an accurate measure now. You can do it.

All of my breakfast food is at work. Yogurt with frozen raspberries and grape nuts. So good.

Seriously this is the kind of thing I did when I had an eating disorder. I would only drink during the day then eat one meal at night which would get progressively smaller and smaller.

I love group fitness and zumba. Without that I would never do cardio. I just get too bored and self defeating otherwise. In a group class I'm like. "If they can do it so can I!" Very motivating

Plus eating that low of calories causes a level of fixation that is similar to eating disorders. Which can lead to a full blown eating disorder.

God I wish I had this issue! I've gone from a daily soda drinker to maybe once a week and I feel like it tastes better every time.

Okay. Good to know! The most I'm planning to lose is about two sizes. Not sure where I'll be in August. Going very gradually. I will get one that fits well when I try it on then.

I think you should focus on nutrition first. You will probably be full on less if you eat a more balanced diet.
