Yeah I'm struggling with this too. I worked so hard to accept myself I didn't realize I became overweight. But numbers don't lie. I guess I'm always going to have to monitor my weight somewhat.
-
Maybe start walking. Don't want to hurt yourself
-
Well it is a totally different angle, but I think a little! It takes time. Keep it up.
-
I went almost two weeks only down half a pound. Now I've lost two each of the last two weeks. It does take time. And I think working out can cause a water gain.
-
I also weigh at the gym so I am not obsessive also gives me more motivation to go.
-
Me indirectly. I plan to try to conceive in 1-2 years. I want to be as healthy as possible then so it is easier. I've read ideal Bmi for fertility is 20-25. I'm just over 25 now. Hoping to get to 23 ish.

5'7.5" Cw 162.5 Gw 145-150- possibly as low as 135 but it depends Hw/sw 167 Lw 107 (eating disorder) I'm mostly focused on getting healthy gw doesn't matter much for me. Since I've had an eating disorder I'm more worried about losing too much or getting obsessive. Similar goals, add me!

I'm sorry. I know it can feel like you are stuck but you aren't. Once you start to lose you will realize it is possible. I've felt like that before. I have chronic pain but no disease but there are many people on here that do and are doing great. I would say start small. Maybe aim for 1500 a day at first. This is what I do…

I think cheat day is a bad term. But I have days I go over my goals for weight loss. It slows the process down but it's working for me. If I kept my calories where they should be is probably lose much more quickly but it is less sustainable for me. If you really are in maintenance you shouldn't need cheat days. But days…

I put it as moderate intensity aerobics. It shows about 450 burned. I believe it. But I do want to get a hrm.
-
I eat a lot of them back. I also go over my calorie goals often. But it just depends. I'm more working on lifestyle and aiming to lose gradually so i know this is really sustainable. I get hungry after exercise.
-
If you are marked as sedentary then it might be a good idea to count it. Especially four hours.
-
It may be more important for you to focus on eating healthy and not going to food for comfort at first, that alone might show you results also trying to log everything so you can see how much you are eating for comfort.
-
This can be hard to break. Instead of focusing on calories I would recommend focusing on healthy habits. Half of your plate should be vegetables. Aim for high fiber and protein foods, especially beans. Try to even out and maintain for a bit before you work on weight loss. This worked for me.
-
Also doesn't protein take more energy to burn.
-
Good cheese shouldn't contain lactose because lactose is a sugar. Cheese is usually just fat and protein.
-
I think working your problem areas is important. I've only lost a few pounds but I can already see a difference in more defined muscles

Yo
-
I think estimating is usually enough.

I eat chipotle all the time. I usually get a salad with steak pinto beans cheese and mild and hot salsa. 460 cals. I tried something new yesterday. A burrito bowl with pinto beans grilled veggies mild and hot salsa and guac. This is only about 420 cals and high fiber but a little low on protein. Totally vegan though. In…

yeah it's tough. I have similar issues with my partner. He needs to get in shape too but it's like a brick wall. He has a bunch of health problems too at only 25. So I just feed him as much healthy food as possible and hope it helps.
-
Well I have had cysts but pros hasn't been suggested. I'm hoping I don't find out when I try to get pregnant. Good luck
-
Update: I may be getting sick. I feel kind of clammy and nauseated.
-
Well sometimes the dizziness coincide with the ritalin and sometimes it doesn't. Like in the morning I usually take it with my coffee then eat breakfast once my raspberries have thawed. That's when I felt it earlier. But I ate my breakfast and still feel dizzy. Oh and then I usually don't take it close to my workout but I…
-
No recent changes I've been on it for about four years I think. it is ritalin. I'm on a low dose. 5 mg 3 x day. I might see a doctor. It seems the consensus is being dizzy like this isn't normal especially for the diet I have. I really want to lose some weight, but I don't want to hurt my health.
-
Well my last blood work was in March. Everything was normal then. I just checked. I wasn't fasting it was about an hour after lunch and my glucose was 86. My blood work in August 2014 when I was fasting had glucose of 81. Would you think it should be checked again since I'm getting dizzy? Also does anyone think it's…
-
Yeah it happens mostly before I eat. Or during my workouts. So sugar is possible.
-
Portions and mostly aiming to eat healthier. I used to see a nutritionist and a lot of my meals are based off of the dietary exchanges. So like 3 protein 2 starch 2 vegetable 2 fat. That kind of thing. But then trying to record on here. My biggest focuses are fiber dairy and vegetables.
-
And I think my protein is pretty good too. I got 105 grams yesterday and 109 the day before.
-
So I'm 5'7.5" and 164 now. I'm not totally comfortable opening my diary. Plus it's not all filled in anyway. The days I go over I would rather not see the entries. Edit: opened for a little bit for some insight.
