I've been doing 60 minute zumba class 2-4 days a week. I also do some strength training when I'm at the gym.

I tried this last year and it was the worst choice of my life. I bled the entire three months almost. Had insomnia, and incredible pain whenever I did try to have sex. I don't think it affected my weight. Also it seemed to help my skin more than the pill, but it was not worth it for me.

I find that I'm not meeting it, but it isn't listed on many foods potatoes and dairy are good.

In my opinion. If there is something wrong with your liver. The last thing you want to do is add more chemicals through a cleanse which will make your liver have to work harder.

Well if your phone is always on you it should be pretty accurate. I know mine is far off though. Also if you enter an exercise it will exclude steps from that time period.

I hate cardio machines. I only do fitness classes mostly Zumba. And some walks outside. Try more new things and see if you can find something you like.

The thing is. When I was younger I would take some diet pills. They are dangerous. Look at the warnings they say drink with a full glass of water because they can get stuck in your throat and choke you. Also to watch for yellowing skin or eyes because they can shut down your liver. That makes sense. If you are naturally Apple shaped and gain weight in the middle it will be even higher when you are heavier. What about pregnancy? Does that affect it?

I try to avoid my favorite chips because I like them too much. I will eat pretzel thins. 11 with one ounce of sharp cheddar. Just over 200 calories and satisfying. But I usually am not tempted to overeat. I suggest trying that.

Eating disorders are very serious. I know it probably doesn't seem like a big deal to you, but the thing is most people do not think about food that much. This is a canned chili. Vegetarian by Hormel. Another food I eat is Refried beans with onions jalapeños cheese and salsa. Very filling and full of fiber and protein.

The sausage is fake meat. Take boca crumbles and cook them with cayenne, fennel, paprika, garlic salt, red pepper flakes, pepper, and a little bit of olive oil. Then mix with marinara sauce.

Fiber and protein. There is this vegetarian chili I love. It has under 400 calories and 22 grams of fiber. Also you should try to eat as many veggies as possible. They fill you up with very few calories.
