Fitbit question hr elevated when hot
When I am hot. Like outside at an event or somewhere with poor ac I am in the fat burn zone and it says I am burning more calories. Is this accurate? I always thought temperature didn't affect calories burned. Especially if I'm not working out. But my hr is elevated.

Upping cals for consistency
so I tend to come close to my calorie goals during the week over but within 200-400. But then I just eat whatever on the weekends. This has resulted in slow overall loss. Why haven't measurements changed?
I've lost weight. And my clothes are looser but my waist and hips haven't changed. Am I just not measuring them properly? Or maybe just losing weight from other areas. Do these measurements change throughout the day. I usually only think to measure before my shower at night.

Dizzy
ugh the dizziness is starting again. This always happens to me. I swear I am eating a lot 1400-1800 depending on the day. Even more some days. Probably about twice a week. I'm only down like 3 pounds in a month. Why do I always get dizzy when dieting? I also drink plenty of water about 4-7 bottles a day. Any thoughts?

How genetic do you think this is, and how important? Mine has been pretty stable form my smallest weight underweight of .68 to currently overweight almost 60 pounds heavier of .71. In my opinion this lends itself to genetics. Would like to get some other opinions.
