Ohhhhh I see what you mean ! Thanks ! My maintenece calories were given by mfp but I have not weighed myself recently so I don't know whether I've lost 1 pound per week rather than .5 lb . I do think I have lost more than .5 lb per week though because of my exercise , so no worries thank you !

I haven't lost consistently .5 lb a week , I haven't really been weighing myself very much to be honest .

Thank you for the help , but I don't understand what you mean ? Are you saying that I should eat back some of my exercise calories ? How can I be eating more if I'm not eating the extra calories given from exercise ?

I hope I didn't confuse . I mean if I eat to lose .5 lb for 6 out of 7 days and on the seventh day I go over my calories will I be able to maintain my weight and possible lose a little . Ok thank you everyone , I ate to lose one pound for about 9 days and then this weekend I went almost to maintenance for Saturday and Sunday I'll go back to loose 1 pound on Monday and then Saturday morning check my weight

Wow three years of maintenance that's awesome . Do you have any advice on how to maintain ? Are there any certain principles you follow ? I find that there is more information out there on how to lose weight rather than how to maintain it .

Hi thank you so much ! And yes I think I did actually . I set it to lose 1.5 lbs a week , will I continue to lose weight if I now eat 1460 ?
